At the end of a quiet road in Cabot, Vermont is the All Seasons Counseling and Retreat Center. With year-round babbling brooks, fields, forest, and seasonal gardens, this magical 1850's farm provides the perfect backdrop for both counseling and retreats.

The Helfands' 1850 farmstead is the backdrop for our counseling programs. At the end of a gravel road it is a piece of the bygone era, peaceful and rugged. Note, however, that our address on Deeper Ruts Road is misleading, for the road is regularly resurfaced and well plowed all winter.
The buildings of the homestead are all re-sided with boards of wood milled from our own trees, clear stained to glow in the sunlight, complete with "new-to-us" exterior windows and doors.

| The counseling room is roomy and warm, with comfortable chairs and a sofa. We feel that the warm atmosphere presents a comfortable feeling conducive to non-confrontational discussions of problems and a peaceful search for solutions. To assure privacy the exit is separate from the entry waiting room.

A completely rebuilt separate building is used for psychodrama and group meetings. |
