All Seasons VT, Inc. (formerly incorporated as Four Seasons Healing, Inc.) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit counseling and retreat center located in Cabot, Vermont. Israel Helfand and his wife Cathie founded Danbury Personal Counseling in 1984, in Connecticut, and in 1993 they moved to Vermont and founded this counseling practice to provide personal, business, and marriage counseling.

All Seasons Counseling and Retreat Center provides services in three areas:

Marriage Quest - Intensive marriage counseling in a weekend retreat, where a couple with a failing marriage meets with Israel and Cathie Helfand on a couple-to-couple basis. These services are described in detail on our Marriage Quest web site.

Corporate Quest - Corporate team building based on group sessions and individual retreats in a "vision quest" atmosphere. These retreats, held in our twenty acre wooded area, are described in detail on our Corporate Quest web site.

SoulAwakening - Individual and group "vision quest" style retreats to celebrate personal rites of passage are held in the camp sites in our wooded area. These services are described in detail on our Soul Awakening web site.
